What we store
SaySchool stores the account, profile, messages, bookings, and ledger entries needed to run lessons and payouts. Analytics events use the names in the product funnel and do not include message bodies.
When you delete your account
Deleting an account closes it, revokes sessions, and removes the public teacher profile from search. Financial records stay so refunds and payouts remain auditable.
Email is sent for verification, password reset, and lesson reminders when email notifications are on. Without RESEND_API_KEY those messages stay in the local outbox.
