Sign in, choose a language, open a teacher, and reserve a time. The time is held for 15 minutes while you check out.

Cancellation follows the policy on the booking: flexible (12 hours), balanced (24 hours), or firm (48 hours). A teacher cancellation refunds the student.

Open the lesson and ask for a new time. The lesson stays at the original time until the other person accepts.

The classroom opens 15 minutes before the start and stays open until 30 minutes after the end.

The lesson page still holds notes and messages. Try another camera from the classroom chat panel, or allow camera access in your browser.

No-shows can be recorded after a 15 minute grace period. A teacher no-show refunds the student.

Sandbox checkout confirms the lesson without charging a card. Set STRIPE_SECRET_KEY to use Stripe Checkout.

Teachers set the price. SaySchool publishes the commission on the pricing page, and the amount is calculated on the server.
